Photocopies of the personal information page, current visa, entry stamp, latest extension of stay (if any), and TM.6 departure card.
Recent Photograph
One color photo, size 4 x 6 cm (or 2 inches), front-facing, taken within the last 6 months.

Justification Letter
A formal letter from the employer outlining the necessity of hiring a foreign national. This must include the applicant’s name, position, qualifications, and a request to change the visa from Phor.30 or Tourist Visa (TR) to Non-Immigrant B (Business) Visa.

Applicant’s Educational and Employment Credentials
Copies of diplomas and previous employment records, certified by the applicant’s embassy and the Legalization Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
