Criteria for Consideration

1. Aliens must obtain a valid Temporary Resident Visa prior to application.

2. The application must be certified and officially submitted by the relevant educational institution.

Required Supporting Documents

• Completed Application Form TM.7

• Copy of the applicant’s passport

• Copy of the applicant’s work permit

• A certificate and official request for employment extension from the educational institution, indicating the applicant's position, salary rate, and duration of employment

• A copy of the teacher’s license or a certificate of qualification issued by the Teachers Council

• Alternatively, a copy of an exemption letter from the Teachers Council or a formal permission request letter from the Teachers Council (applicable to teachers, lecturers, or experts at the higher education level)
