Supporting Documents

To process a request for a copy of the entry stamp in your new passport, the following documents are required:

1. Completed application form
   
   

2. Copy of the police report (in case of loss or theft)
   
   

3. Copy of the old passport with photo page (if available)
   
   

4. Copy of the new passport
   
   

5. Official letter from your embassy addressed to the Immigration Bureau, requesting the transfer or reissuance of the entry stamp in the new passport

Application Procedures

1. Submit Application at Immigration Bureau 1
   Visit the Passport Exchange Service Counter, Division 2, at Immigration Bureau 1. You will be required to submit the application and provide details such as your full name, passport number, date of entry into Thailand, and flight number.
   
   

2. Document Verification
   An immigration officer will review your application and check the accuracy and completeness of your new passport or any alternative travel document. A complaint form will also be needed in cases involving a lost or stolen passport.
   
   

3. Entry Verification
   The officer will examine supporting documents and verify your entry into Thailand.
   
   

4. Issuance of Entry Stamp Copy
   If all information is correct and verified, the officer will issue a certified copy of your original entry stamp for inclusion in your new passport.
   
   

5. Special Cases: Visa Extension or Residency Application
   If you are in the process of applying for a visa extension or permanent residency, you must contact the officer at the relevant visa inspection department or Division 1, Immigration Bureau 1, to request a copy of the stamp authorizing your continued stay. This stamp is required while your application is under review.
   
   

Important Note

If you have previously submitted an application for an extension of stay, you may also apply for the entry stamp reissue at the immigration office where your most recent extension request was submitted.
