General Requirements:

• The applicant must currently hold a temporary resident visa.
  
  

• The request for extension must be certified and formally endorsed by the relevant government agency or organization.
  
  

Required Supporting Documents:

1. Completed Application Form TM.7.
   
   

2. A copy of the applicant’s passport (including the current visa page and latest entry stamp).
   
   

3. A copy of the applicant’s valid work permit.
   
   

4. An official certificate and request letter for the visa extension issued by the relevant government agency, state enterprise, or other authorized public institution.
   
   

5. Proof of the agency’s official status, if applicable (e.g., a certificate of establishment or operational mandate).
